Satya Prakash has over 12 years of rich experience in Executive Search working with various industries focusing on Technology, telecom for Start-up's, Venture capital and private equity across regions like India, North America and Europe. Being an entrepreneur himself, Satya is sensitive to the challenges faced by companies in the SME sector. He has acquired incredible expertise in addressing board needs and critical management roles. Additionally, he has done significant work in building the leadership teams for large multinational companies.
 

Ranu Katiyar 
Consulting Head 

She is a performance driven professional with over 9 years of diverse experience in HR, Digital Marketing and Sales. She has good exposure in HR practice - Recruiting, Induction, Performance Management System and adept in people management. She holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from Pondicherry University and bachelor’s degree in Physics (Honors) fom Sri Sathya Sai University; AP, India.
